« We stay here for a family wedding. My 3 kids and their families and my wife and I stayed here. Super backyard for my grandkids to play. Everyone had their own room and there was space to gather together. The host was super to communicate with and his responses were quick. We would definitely stay here again. 5 Stars! »

« My daughter, her husband, and their four kids stayed in this charming home for five days while visiting my wife and I. Location was great, very close to a huge park for the kids to explore and play in. The home was very well equipped. The kids loved staying together in the bunk room. The adults liked the game room in the basement with a pool table. All in all, a great stay. Thanks so much. »

« We enjoyed our stay at the "Love Shack". My family and I traveled to Des Moines for a fastpitch softball tournament. We enjoyed our stay. The tournament was hot but the air conditioner was cold and felt great when we arrived. Everything was exactly as described. The dow stairs area was a very cool place to hang out. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area. »

You can tell it was purchased with a quick-and-dirty turnaround as far as prepping it for VRBO-type stays.The host was responsive; the house was mostly clean; the appliances worked.This gets only four stars primarily because of a lack of light bulbs. Yes, seriously. Instead of light bulbs in the lamps in one of the bedrooms, there were click-on battery lights stuck onto where the light bulbs should go. « The house was uniquely decorated. We all loved the attention to detail.We took advantage of the pool and hot tub and fire pit. There were lots of it's spaces where we could gather to play cards. I also appreciated so many bathrooms throughout the home.Check in was very easy and the location was close to many restaurants.I also appreciated having fans. « Very pretty older home. Hot tub was perfect temp, and kids loved the upstairs game room!Unfortunately, my arthritis did not agree with the stairs. Not Handicap accessible at all, and maybe mark the low ceiling in the Regular staircase. My six foot daughter hit her head a couple times. »
