Fine for the price
The location was very convenient for seeing a Cardinal's game and other downtown attractions, and the price was better than most for a group our size. I don't know what is normal for this neighborhood, but during our stay, we heard gunshots one night and a car horn right outside our window another (likely a break-in, police were there a while) around 4:30 in the morning. There was a strong smell of weed all through our apartment one of the nights we came back. We saw a sign posted a few blocks away tipping off a drug deal that went down a few days prior. We had our kids with us, and would not recommend this place for other families. It didn't appear that the kitchen had ever been used. We searched for basic supplies like a hot pad to take a baking sheet out of the oven, and there wasn't one. We tried reaching out several times through VRBO to the owner about a chirping smoke alarm, but the app was down. So that wasn't the owner's fault, but it would have been nice to have another mode of contact. We made the best of our stay here and made some good memories. We appreciated all they did to make our stay comfortable.

Quick trip
5 friends and myself and had a quick trip to St Louis for a UFL Battlehawks game and the property was perfect place. 6 individual beds, 2 bathrooms, and open living area space. Enjoyed our stay!

Perfect for a Cardinal game overnight!
3 generational trip to St Louis for a Cardinal game and stayed over night at this property. The listing description is accurate. 3 bedrooms with 2 queen beds in each room. Dedicated parking spot out back for our 1 vehicle. We had no issues with our stay at all. Communication with Dan was fantastic and quick from booking to checkout and in-between.

Filthy Party House
Upon arrival the floors were filthy. They weren’t swept, and it looked like someone took a wet swifter across in a few areas. The rug under the coffee table was nasty and should be in the trash. The laminate flooring is dangerous. The boards are loose in multiple areas with holes in the flooring. it is truly not safe and needs replaced. The floors in the kitchen and bathroom were gross. The table had not been wiped off. Bathrooms needed attention. Had to spend money on cleaning supplies and spend time cleaning. Mgt offd cleaning nxt day, but 2 late. We also had to have family bring us a sheet to cover the gross rug so that our 1 year old granddaughter cld crawl around.The second night of our weekend stay was absolutely miserable. Our daughters went back to the Vrbo ahead of us and called scared to death. The unit next door to us had a huge party and people were banging on our door thinking it was in our unit. A lot of them looked underage. There was very loud music and at lease 30 people above our heads. People were in and out all night, still showing up at 4am. We believe drug deals were going down from what my husband experienced while he was out on the front porch. The smell of weed was all through our unit as well. A bunch of them were out front fighting. Later in the evening 4-6 guys with masks walked into our unit. The same mgt co runs both units. The mgt did respond to my messages, but in the end nothing changed and we had to call the police. Lost internet last nite.

Just What We Needed!
This place was able to house both my family and my brother's family comfortably. The location was near to the things we wanted to do and all in all, it was a great stay.

Absolutely do not stay here
The worst vacation home i have ever seen. Looks nothing like the photos. Extremely run down. Bad area, reeked of weed, every single wall was so gross, beat up, patched up. Sticky floors in bathroom and kitchen, nasty living room and dining room furniture. Not one good thing about it. Host did move us to another apartment they have but it wasn’t much better. We chose to stay because it was in a better area and cleaner than the first one and there wasn’t much else available with that short of notice. But it had the same nasty stained up furniture, broken arm rest on couch, nasty shower curtain, literally no pans, one pot, 3 forks, the beds were so uncomfortable and paper thin, my back is killing me. I never complain about things unless necessary. I thought about driving 3 hours home last night instead of sleeping in that bed again but was exhausted from barely sleeping the night before. I appreciate the host moving us to a new apartment when we asked but their standards are obviously very low for a comfortable place to stay. All in all 0/10 recommend staying here or anywhere this host has.

Ideal location, but...
This property is positioned in prime location. The check-in process was seemless and was not difficult. Since the area housed flourishing businesses the off street parking is at a premium. We were challenged with the task of securing street parking for our 2nd vehicle. The interior of the property is visually appealing. I was surprised by the broom with attached dustpan leaning against rear door trim rather than put away in the laundry room. The upstairs tub had a line of rust stain from the overflow to the tub drain, a simple fix that takes a couple of minutes. When retiring for the night I was disappointed to find both white pillow covers stained on one of the beds with no fresh ones found to replace them. Needless to say, i had no pillow to use for yhe night. Besides these small issues, our stay was decent but could have been made a hut more comfortable with just a bit of attention to details. Thank you for sharing your home.
