« I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The room was advertised as having a microwave, but there was none provided, which was both inconvenient and misleading. The daytime receptionist was consistently rude in her communication. My father, who is 77 years old and has hearing and mobility disabilities, tried to inquire about a package he was expecting. « The room was spacious and clean and comfortable beds. The breakfast was free and nice spread with many different options. Kerig coffee makers in room nice touch! The staff was friendly. Only wished was more directive that parking is in back and how to get to it. On front is street side and no parking. I wish they would send u email/text saying parking entrance in back. Me and my family would stay there again!! »

« The service the staff provided was exceptional!! The room is a little dated ; carpet, bedding, lighting and bathroom. I felt I overpaid for my stay when considering what I got, the EXCEPTIONAL service helped soften the blow but could not make up for the overall cost per night that I paid. »
