« I booked for King bed but they gave me two queen bed. When i asked front desk they said they cannot do anything. I was walking around the premises in late evening, some cop detained me suspecting someone else and despite knowing I’m staying in the hotel, they didn’t intervene. When cops let me go because they couldn’t associate me to whatever investigation they were doing, i approached front desk and the guy said sorry. This is very embarrassing and first time ever experience for me. »

« Hotels.com was refusing the “tonight’s” dates for reservations, forcing us to use Expedia. With same issue… finally as a system engineer I was able to figure out how to circumvent the bug after losing 1 hour. At the hotel the staff was smelling weed and was lost on the system…we lost another 20 minutes »

« The breakfast menu was limited but nourishing. I do think with type of crowd in the area this weekend for several big events, it could have been a little more diversified. There needs to be 2 griddles for pancakes and eaffles. The staff was very accommodating. They room syaff needs to pay aayentiob to. cleaning the area around and on the shampoo and conditioning bottles. Parking was great and convenient »

« We weren't able to make our first date of our reservation due to unexpected illness and they forfited our reservation kept all our money and re-rented out our room to someone else and then cause they were the only hotel with a room available we had to book another room for our stay and charged us premium rates for it. Terrible customer service. »

« Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the variety but orange juice was only available the first morning we ate breakfast. This morning they ran out of plain bagels and the berry waffle mix. Staff was great- very attentive and addressed a barking dog the first night promptly when another guest told them at the desk(the room with the dog was by our room so we had noticed it as well) »
