« A very large and spacious apartment - plenty of room for a family of four (could sleep six), a fantastic base for a sightseeing trip in NYC. Plenty of shops and amenities nearby, a five minute walk to the subway and a ten minute walk to Central Park. Communication with the host was excellent and the use of Door app for entry and access to a luggage holding room for our arrival/departure days meant we could make the most of our time in the city. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here...

« Accueil antipathique, nous avions réservé une chambre handicapée au rez-de-chaussée. On nous propose une chambre au cinquième étage impossible je redemande une chambre au rez-de-chaussée, on me donne une au premier étage les fenêtres laissez passer le froid. Nous avions payé cher pour la chambre handicapé et on a pas voulu nous rembourser la différence. »

« I would like to extend my sincere thanks to you for the warm welcome and excellent service I received during my stay with you. It was a comfortable and exceptional experience, and I greatly appreciate the professionalism of the staff and the quality of the services provided. »

« Ambiance générale très chaleureuse, petit hôtel qui donne une âme familiale. Très bon emplacement et deux restaurants de qualité. Emplacement idéal pour le shopping. »

« The address in the app differs from the real one by 2 blocks, which was important for me. »

« Worst service ever. We never managed to get the access key upon our arrival. We communicated with the renter multiple times. We ended up renting an hotel thru Expedia as indicated by VRBO costumer care.Plus the address does not match the actual locationI do not recommend this apartment. »

« This was a complete scam. The pictures shown on the listing are NOT what you get when you arrive. To start, the key was hidden in a flower bed, and hard to find. Then when I finally entered the building it was NOT the unit I rented. It was advertised as a two bedroom and it’s a studio, with NO AC, the bathroom is disgusting, the host will not respond when you reach out notifying them this is not the correct unit you purchase. »

« Departamento espacioso, muy limpio y de fácil acceso a metro y autobuses, ideal para familias grandes que desean estar juntas, gracias. »

« The aesthetic of the room is very nice. Super nice area around as well »

« Worst check in experience I can imagine. Gave me wrong address and wrong code for lock box TWICE. One washcloth provided. Towels were stained. Horrible communication from beginning to end. One window AC unit for three room apartment and one working fan. Host was beyond rude. Asked me to leave apartment door unlocked for a plumber to come. Then asked if I would stay to let plumber in. Do not stay here or any of her properties. Vrbo does not refund money, it’s completely up to Yost and you have no...
