« The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We traveled to Geneva for the Ironman race and so we had to wake up super early. The hotel staff had arranged “grab-and-go” bags for the athletes to have breakfast at 4am. They also made the breakfast nook available so we could use the toaster, microwave coffeemaker and hot water for those of us that had packed our breakfast essentials. Thank you to the Microtel team for going above and beyond !!! »

« We love the Gould. However the bar was not open due to new ownership waiting for an alcohol license. The bar itself is very cozy and lovely. It will be awesome when it's open. The hotel was perfect for our needs for one night, and the village of Seneca Falls is charming. »
