« Being a dog friendly home, you would never know that animals were in that house. It was extremely clean and very easy to find. The host is fantastic. I forgot my earnings on the nightstand and she very responsive and mailed them to me. 10/10 the perfect distance from the race track too! »

« We had an overnight stay and the house was immaculate! On a hot day it was cool with central air and so clean. Would definitely stay again and recommend! »

« Mike’s place was the perfect home base to explore Saratoga and beyond. The beds are super comfortable, and the house was well stocked with anything we possibly would need. The kids really enjoyed the deck and the ping pong table. Being able to stay so close to downtown as well as to Saratoga Spa State Park was wonderful. We will definitely be back! »

« We were in town for a horse show, and this property was the perfect location. What a cool spot! We all loved it, such a creative idea. It was the perfect size for the 4 of us! Comfortable beds, great water pressure, and everything you could ever need for a comfortable stay. If you happened to forget any toiletries, they were avaliable! Such a nice touch. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the tenant above was also very quiet, and has the cutest dog's. We ate at the Ugly Rooster café, ...

« This rental was exactly what we needed—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with all the amenities. The location was perfect: close to town, the market, the park, and some fantastic restaurants. We really appreciated how easy everything was from start to finish. Would definitely stay here again! »

« We stayed there for a family wedding. We had three adult couples and one eighteen year old. We were able to each have our own sleeping area and every couple had their own bathroom. It was perfect. And so close to downtown. Great place »

« We were there for a rowing competition for my daughter and had rainy weather. It was great that you could walk into a mudroom area and have hooks to hang up our things before going into the main part of the house. The laundry was right there too so it was convenient. « The Other House is a cute and quirky place where we instantly felt at home. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked as if all our needs were anticipated. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Capital Region. The backyard hill is a little steeper than the photos make it out to be, so throwing the ball with the pup was not possible. »

« We rented this house for my son’s graduation from Skidmore College. Six family members and a dog stayed for the weekend. The place was perfect. Comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, and plenty of space (both indoors and outdoors) to relax. Easy check-in and check-out processes, and responsive management. The house is in a quiet neighborhood near walking trails, but amenities are close by. Easy access via back roads to Skidmore campus and SPAC grounds. We would stay here again. »
