« We had an amazing stay at a great property! The house is extremely well equipped and very comfortable for large groups. The only downside is that it’s an unusual design which requires one to go outside and up stairs to get to any of the befrooms. In the summer, no big deal, and it didn’t bother us. »

« We had 2 days wonderful in this house with an amazing view on the ocean, very pleasant with very few people around. Nice beach and we had the chance to see a whale just when we arrived. « Wonderful location. Near Boardwalk, Capitola shopping, and steps from a perfect beach. It’s our fourth year at this house and we’re already booking for next year. We love the two kitchens and the two large tables for eating together and for playing family games. Michele, the hostess, is so responsive. »

« This was a terrible place. The place was dirty, there was dog hair all over. The shower drain produces a terrible odor after shower is used or when the tenants in the house use their bathroom. The bed was uncomfortable and each time you get on it or move made sounds as if it is going to fall apart any minute. The shower floor and floor around the bathtub was dirty. The place is under a house, so when the occupants of the house walk, makes a lot of noise and we could not take a nap the first day...
