The cozy townhouse was clean, comfortable and in a prime location! The check-in/out could not have been easier and Jonathan was the consummate host, even giving us restaurant suggestions along our drive from Los Angeles. Such a walkable location; about a mile from the heart of downtown SLO, but so many great food options even closer. Our pup enjoyed the walks around the area and we were all extremely satisfied with our experience.

The condo was clean and nicely furnished. The bed was really comfortable. Being in a condo with a shared wall when the other condo was rented by a loud group reminded us of how much sleep can be disrupted by neighbors. I would recommend bringing ear plugs, just in case. Still, it was worth it for the location alone. Easily walkable to good and coffee within a block or two, and a short walk to downtown. Overall, the noise was our only issue and we would stay here again.

Very comfortable place to stay in SLO. The space has a very nice furniture setup that makes it very usable for a couple of people to dine and work. Short walk from the SLO train station and main downtown area.

This cute apartment is situated in the perfect neighborhood for walking around. We enjoyed walking to neighborhood cafes, downtown, and to recreational trails and parks.

We enjoyed our stay at this little condo. There are some decent restaurants just a short walk away (1-2 minutes) and down town SLO is about a 10 minute walk. The unit was clean when we arrived though some things are showing a bit of wear and tear. The shower is clean and nice and the king bed is comfortable. We used the blow-up Queen bed mattress in the upstairs living room because our two teenage daughters were with us. We had some trouble keeping it inflated at first but Jonathan was very friendly and helpful for us in figuring out how to make it work.

This well appointed little place is perfect for one or two people. It was spotless and very comfortable with nice linens and soap and bath products. Very quiet and safe with everything you could possibly need. It is decorated beautifully as well and fairly priced. It is my go to place now whenever I visit.

If you're looking for an affordable, clean, cute little place to stay, you've found it. It was super clean and had everything we needed plus a little more. It was quiet yet within walking distance to all the downtown fun. Other than the kitchen (which is a bit dated but very clean and well stocked), everything felt very updated and fresh. I loved the many potted plants and the yellow chairs were comfortable and really stylish. I love the little patio for two. It didn't have a scenic view or anything but it was still a nice little place to sit. For a family of four, it was tight but do-able. The bathroom is downstairs with the bedroom so if you have anyone staying upstairs who makes nightly bathroom visits, it may be a little annoying for them.

Property was very clean and new. Walking distance from the Amtrak station and has a grocery store in the corner plus dining options 2 blocks away. Lovely park 2 blocks in the other direction. Downtown was maybe 4-5 blocks away and a very beautiful neighborhood.
