Everything was clean and it was very quiet even though it is located in the hear of the downtown district. »

« Everything was great once we got in. We are older...in our 70s, so the unpredictable parking options and the many steps to climb with luggage were undesirable challenges for us. The apartment is immaculate though. Having a restaurant downstairs was convenient. »

« My family and I Stayed here for my daughter’s softball tournament. She played at Winged Deer Fields. It was good proximity. Clean overall. Only issue was locating the entrance. »

« We loved the Zen simplicity of this rental. Communication was great, especially about their expectations since I was bringing my dog with me. They were very accommodating and pet friendly. I would recommend bringing your own sheets to cover furniture and bedding if you have a furry dog. It will help with cleanup and prevent extra, unexpected charges. The location was fantastic. Central to everything we wanted to do in the Tri-Cities area. Walkable to downtown Johnson City and Founders Park....
