« We had a speaking engagement near by and needed to just stay one night. Our arrival time was to be anywhere from 8-10 pm. The contactless check in went very smoothly due to the excellent communication with the owners. Everything was clean and it was very quiet even though it is located in the hear of the downtown district. »

« Everything was great once we got in. We are older...in our 70s, so the unpredictable parking options and the many steps to climb with luggage were undesirable challenges for us. The apartment is immaculate though. Having a restaurant downstairs was convenient. »

« Condo is exactly as pictured. Nicely decorated, open and very comfortable! Lots of dining options right downstairs or a short walking distance from complex. We're in town often and would stay again. »

« We loved the Zen simplicity of this rental. Communication was great, especially about their expectations since I was bringing my dog with me. They were very accommodating and pet friendly. I would recommend bringing your own sheets to cover furniture and bedding if you have a furry dog. It will help with cleanup and prevent extra, unexpected charges. The location was fantastic. Central to everything we wanted to do in the Tri-Cities area. Walkable to downtown Johnson City and Founders Park....

« Our host was top notch and we loved the free snacks.I would make one communication recommendation. There was a min-fridge in our room and we just assumed it was on. In fact it was plugged into a power strip and we realized too late that the power strip, while plugged in was turned off. Guests need to know accordingly. »

« The staff were outstanding. Always helpful and we were greeted with a smile. The one drawback was that there was no full length mirror in the room. But overall, the rooms were large and the bathrooms were clean and oversized. »
