A stackable washer and dryer are available for guest use. Starter laundry detergent pods are provided.

GUEST ACCESS:

Guests have full private access to The Treeage #2 during their stay, along with access to the parking lot and side yards associated with the property.

There are two additional short-term rental units at this property, The Treeage #1 and #3. These units are separately occupied and are not accessible to guests staying in #2.

The front parking area is shared with the other units.

This is a single-level home rental.
The property contains three separate short-term rental units.
The parking lot and some outdoor areas are shared.
Charcoal is not provided for the grill.
Starter supplies are provided for coffee, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, and toilet paper. Guests staying longer may need to replenish supplies.
Trash pickup is on Tuesday Morning.
Three trash cans and two city recycling bins are provided for guest use.
