« Really poor communication - had to chase for confirmation which was still not received until the day of check in. Building is dirty and the vent from the bathroom ducts from the waste disposal area so the entire room had a terrible smell. »

« It is a nice apartment. While is actually a short-term rental property run by a professional team, there will be additional terms and conditions to sign and a deposit to transact in advance. The self-check-in was ok, though the password for the key box was given incorrectly at the beginning (we sorted it out before we reached the agent).
