« Lovely hotel. In a fantastic location right by the entrance of Yorkshire Wildlife Park. Worth paying the extra for a room at the back looking out over the Maned Wolves and Lar Gibbons. « Beau bâtiment ancien et très grand avec de très beaux jardins. L'accueil est sympathique et professionnel, le personnel est très serviable. La chambre est confortable et spacieuse dans un pur style anglais avec lit à baldaquin et meubles anciens. Enfin des prises électriques à côté de la table de nuit! « Firstly, the staff were lovely. I was travelling with my disabled mum and noted when booking we would need a ground floor room. We booked a "suite" with a bed for two and a bed for one so that we would have enough space to manoeuvre. Unfortunately we hadn't been given a room on the ground floor but this was quickly rectified. « Needs a good update. A bit of a throwback to the 70s! Room clean.but in a poor state of repair. Not impressed that you have to pay £7 a day for parking in the hotel car park which adds to tbe overall cost! »
