« Lovely, cosy pub hotel. Great food with a choice of menus, ranging from the tasting menu to simple (but very well done) pub fayre. We chose from the pub menu, special mention to the fish and chips, perfect! Accompanied by a good choice of drinks, with beer from the local Thornbridge brewery. Very handy spot for local attractions. We stayed for one night on a mini-break and the room was perfect. Lovely bedroom decoration, nicely fitted out bathroom with a decent sized bath and rainfall...

« We enjoyed or stay here. The host, Volodimir, was very welcoming (as were the family members I met). The room was spotless, and the furnishings and decor in keeping with the period of the house, with some quirky little twists. Very reminiscent of New England B&Bs. Breakfast (despite being meatless) was amazing with generous helpings. My only slightly negative observation is that the en suite was very compact. It being squeezed into a traditional room.
