« A lovely hotel! The staff are exceptional! The location is ideal, right in the city center and at the back of the hotel there is a little square with bars and restaurants. We had a drink at the hotel bar outside. The bar staff were not as professional as I would have expected compared to the reception staff however the drinks were great. « The hotel is really clean and the bed was very comfy. There are extra tea bags, biscuits & milk bags on every level which is a nice touch.
The breakfast had several options, my breakfast wasn’t the best but my boyfriends was better. The car park gets very busy & it can be difficult to park. Would recommend. »

I have a habit of staying here regularly when in Sheffield on business as I have done so for years...and have stuck with it because of on-site parking and ease of access etc. However, the parking is now managed via a 3rd party and if you leave the car park for an hour and come back it's a pain, as there are just 2 payment rates (£12 day rate/£18 overnight). There is a way around it by explaining to reception...
