« Very disappointing stay. The room I booked was already occupied when I arrived. I was moved to a smaller room that did not match what I paid for three people, and my children had to find accommodation elsewhere. The place was not very clean and had an unpleasant smell. The kitchen was dirty. I did not even wait for breakfast. I chcked out very early in the morning. »

« It is a nice convenient hotel. Clean. Tea and coffee facilities were nice to settle down nicely on arrival and when I woke up in the morning. Mini refrigerator was handy to keep my leftover food in the refrigerator to eat in the morning. Comfortable table and internet. I give 4 star only as there was no toilet in the room and I hesitated to leave my room in the middle of the night. »

« Staff on checking in were polite and dhowed us toom and facilities. Room was small , clean but personally it wasnt eorth the price we were charged. Booked breakfast but was informed it wasn't available until 8.30am and ee had to leave earlier than that do even thought id osud extra gor breakfast and fid inform thrn upon arrival, we werent offered reductions. »

« We didn't know where to pick up the keys at 1600hrs the bar was late opening, we was also waiting at the wrong Nook bar. Lack of information on where to wait. The bed was very comfortable, the sound of the river over the rocks, sent us to sleep. The bar was good, good selection of ales. Also we didn't have the breakfast, we thought it was expensive at £14 each. Location very hand for everything. »
