« Great cabin, has everything you need set on a tranquil property. The host was responsive. The driveway is a two track mountain road with slippery/ loose rocks and mud. Id recommend against using this house as part of a motorcycle trip. Next time we will bring our truck! Thanks for everything we made memories to last a lifetime. »

« Great quiet location. Back yard was perfect. Fire pit and hot tub right out the back door. Very clean. Comfy beds. Large entertaining space with pool table and big tv. Close to the covered bridge and trails. »

« This property exceeded my expectations in every way. I was attending a conference at Mt. Vernon Nazarene University and needed what I called a Fortress of Solitude to decompress after very long days. It was conveniently close, had everything I needed, was QUIET and secluded, and looked like I had decorated it myself. I love that part of the proceeds from the rental go to support the charter Christian school on its grounds. Excellent property; highly recommend. »

« If you have a student at Kenyon College, this is a great place to stay. Very close to KC with the conveniences of Mt Vernon. Property was clean and easily accessible. The bathroom is tiny- can’t image sharing it with 4 people but it worked for 2 of us. Wish we had known about it before this graduation trips-would have definitely stayed here more often. »

« This property is well off the beaten path. Most times, you can’t hear any human activity; just birds, insects and the breeze in the trees. It has a spacious kitchen and living area, and comfortable beds. Stay here if you’re looking for peace and quiet and don’t mind driving 20 minutes to get supplies. The host is very communicative as well. We really enjoyed it! »

« For senior siblings went to a pow wow at Mohican reservation but stayed at the dove cottage. The place was very nice and had all the utensils we needed. The manager in charge Michelle was very sweet and helpful. »

« This was much better than the description. There is a pool table and a room with bunkbeds. So it actually sleeps more than the website says. With the pull out couch it can sleep eight! We would definitely stay again. Love the yard and fire pit!!! »
