« Enjoyed the back boat dock the most. Peaceful in the mornings with sightings of rabbits, deer across the cove, fish jumping and the gar no one could seem to catch. Loved the downstairs TV room and enjoyed the space for karaoke. Very comfortable. »

« The house was clean, tidy and provided absolutely everything we needed….and more. We were in town for a wrestling camp at Cleveland High School and we couldn’t have found a more perfect location. Quick access to everything, quiet and quaint location, great amenities, and more. We will be staying here again if we make our way back to Cleveland, TN! Awesome property and the hosts were very helpful and timely in all of their responses! »

« After not being able to visit Montlake for decades, this was a very special experience for my wife and me. It is a beautiful location with easy access to a trail leading to the water or around the lake. It would be very comfortable for eight (four couples). I would prefer a king bed in the Master suite vs. two doubles. Some updating would be nice but it was comfortable and extremely clean. The host is very accommodating abd communication was timely. « We hosted a family reunion! It was everything we hoped for! Kids loved the lake, boating and fishing! The accommodations were perfect! There was more than enough space for our large group cookouts, gathering on the decks to watch the sunsets, and storytelling in the living room space. Beverly is a great host! Communication A!!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! It was our second reunion there and would highly recommend!!! »

« What a great escape! We didn’t want to leave the lake house. Everything was pleasant and easy. We will coming back. Plenty of parking for our pontoon trailer and the covered dock was perfect for our pontoon. We drove to Dayton one night for dinner, but we cooked the rest of the time in a nicely furnished kitchen. Great communication with the owners and they provided many great entertainment options around the area. The river views were fantastic. »

« Amazing peaceful home. I was coming in super late from a flight and host ensured I had some waters and eggs for the morning. Never had someone be so thoughtful! Place smelled amazing and clean - close to the venue I would be at and nice amenities! Highly recommend this place! »

« We were only here for 3 nights and it rained almost 1 whole day, we still had a great time. We brought our boat and the grandkids and they had a blast. The convince of having our own boat ramp and covered doc was amazing. The view from the property is incredible. Host was very timely in responding to messages and made our checkin process very easy. They say it was the best vacation ever!!! »

« This particular area of Watts Bar Lake is probably the best view on the whole lake for sunsets. Aside from the views, the house is amazing with plenty of beds and bathrooms. We also made use of the boatlift, which is conveniently located in a community dock area below the house that’s easily accessible by golf cart. For those looking for hiking or running, there are plenty of roads and trails (just be aware, very hilly). »

« Spacious house in a country development, big lots, mostly wooded. Very quiet and dark at night, great star viewing. About 20 min drive to FCF visitor center. Host was very good at communicating. Expansive outdoor decks but in need of renovation. »

« My dearest friends from high school and our crew of children had the most wonderful time! We relaxed in the deck with coffee for the sunrise, kayaked, swam, hung out on the dock, so many memories were made and joy was found. The space was perfect and we have nothing but praises to sing. »
