« Ended up only being two instead of three in our party but the layout & amenities were perfect. We could get ready at the same time due to the two bathrooms & the bed was amazing.Would definitely recommend a stay here! »

« What a wonderful property! Ellen had it completely fitted out so you could live there long term if you wanted! It was also near everything we needed. Delightful! »

« Appartement superbe, très grand, lits moelleux. Par contre le canapé pour la 5e personne est un peu pourri. Il y a eu un malentendu avec le propriétaire, nous avons attendu un bon moment pour le code de la porte en bas, et avons malencontreusement dérangé les voisins. Heureusement tout s'est arrangé et EARL a vite réagi. Dans l'ensemble bon séjour. Merci beaucoup »

« We stayed with 3 couples total. We had plenty of room. It’s a full size apartment and all the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. It was clean and the check in and out was simple and easy. Nice place! »

« This is a welcoming and comfy place to come for a visit to the races or just to hang out in Saratoga Springs. We took an uber to the track (1.5 mile) and the walked home. Perfect location. We spent a day at the battlefield and touring the town. Ryan's place was the place to kick back and relax and enjoy. The bed is AMAZING and other littl touches make it our new favorite place to stay! »

« This apartment is roomy and fully appointed. Because of some physical issues we were unable to use the queen bed...it was too high. However, the twin beds were very comfy. The location is just right. So close to the Mohawk Trail, VT border and all the wonderful businesses that revolve around art. « Visting Saratoga Springs and Skidmore College for a grandchild's graduation, the litle apartment was absolutely perfect for the 3 nights we stayed. Well-equiped, clean, and welcoming, we will be coming back. »

« 3 day holiday getaway, my husband and our 2 pups. A hike in nearby trails in the woods, enjoyed Lee downtown eateries and shops. Beautiful winter wonderland in the Berkshires. The guest rental was perfect!!! Warm, spacious, comfortable, perfect location. »

« This unique hideaway was great for our family. The open layout might not work for everyone, but suited us just fine! We were only here a couple nights but enjoyed the location and using the hot tub! »

« Charming historic building. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Neighbors were polite. This was our first stay at a B&B and am excited to try others. My wife and I would recommend and would stay again if in the Albany area. »

« This apartment has your basic needs and is very clean. A cute little vintage home street that feels very safe. It is quiet and we had a good stay. Very central to downtown Broadway, shops, restaurants and park. Host was helpful. »

« My husband and I and our little dog had an amazing stay in Dalton. The space was clean, perfectly decorated and comfortable! We only stayed a few days and wanted to stay so much longer! Coffee for the humans and frog toys and treats for Sully! Very convenient to all the Berkshires has to offer. Communication with the owner was prompt and always helpful!! Highly recommend and hope to return. »

« Clean, had all the amenities we needed and communication with the owner/manager was quick and professional. The only downside is the location- some loitering around and not as safe. When people stayed at the apartment below we could hear them late at night. Not a huge deal, as we were mostly there alone. We’ll definitely come back. »

« Really cute and cozy space. Parking lot was easy, right next to the building. Very clean and close to everything in downtown! Brought my dog and it was convenient with the yard and being able to walk him around. The neighborhood is a little sketch, but nothing super crazy. Would book here again! »
