As for the gastronomic offer, its design involves an analysis that includes the preferences, lifestyles, and tastes of our potential customers to ensure that the product fulfills guests' expectations. In this regard, we regret to note that it was not as expected. Please be assured that we will share your comments with our F&B Management for review.Concerning your booked room allow us to mention that you stayed in a Deluxe Room, which is our standard room. In this sense, we lament any confusion you may have. However, we also lament that the amenities were not dispensed as indicated. En ce qui concerne la chambre attribuée, permettez-nous de vous dire qu'en raison de notre climat tropical, les niveaux d'humidité sont élevés ; par conséquent, nous recommandons à nos clients de garder la climatisation allumée. Néanmoins, lorsque nous recevons un rapport de cette nature, nous faisons de notre mieux en changeant de chambre ou en plaçant un déshumidificateur dans la chambre.
