C'est la 4ème fois que nous allons dans cet établissement. Le personnel a toujours le sourire et nous sert avec joie. La nourriture est variée et très bonne. Le concept de la piscine qui s'étend sur une très grande longueur est simplement extra ! Cette année, ce qui nous a moins plu, c'était... les deux jours où la pluie s'est pas mal installée... :-) Mais... comment incriminer le resort des problèmes de météo ? Franchement, c'était top !

Pour une première fois a Punta cana, cet hotel etait pour tout ce que l'on pouvait attendre et meme plus Nous y étions avec nos enfants de 7 et 12 ans ,ce resort etait calme ,les chambres spacieuses, bien qu'elles aient deja vécues ,le majordome est vraiment un plus surtout qui il parle la meme langue ,la propriété les locaux il ny a rien a redire Tout etait parfait sauf : Les photographes qui vous accostent tout au long de la journée . La nourriture pour nous francais etait un peu en dessous de nos expériences, mais il y avait tellement de choix dans tous les établissements que cela peut passer pour une semaine (preferez les restaurants de spécialités ) Le manque de civisme des clients qui laissent trainer leurs verres vides sur les margelles tout autour de la piscine

Très bel établissement qui offre une très belle qualité de services. Le personnel est aux petits soins des clients. Très beaux spectacles le soir et d’animations proposées en journée ( initiation diving, tournoi de tennis, catamaran, Beach volley…). Très beau Spa, accès casino ou disco qui sont au Majestic Élégance donc pas de nuisance sur le Mirage. L’hôtel est très calme et les chambres très spacieuses et modernes. En insistant nous avons pu être logés dans l’espace Adult Only malgré 2 adolescents. Très belle salle de sport avec séance particulière pour bien utiliser tous les appareils. Un choix large de restaurants qui permet de varier (argentin italien français buffet seafood sur la plage où buffet au restaurant, un snack 24/7 et un coffee Shop…)

Ce restaurant est décevant car le calme y est quasi inexistant. Le plus gênant : impossible de dormir avant 23h30 car les chambres familiales donne sur la scène de concerts (tous les soirs) de l'hotel ou de l'établissement voisins. Bouchons d'oreille indispensables. La journée, c'est un brouhaha permanent. Exemple : Assis au bar de la plage, vous entendez en même temps la musique du bar, celle de l'animation de la plage et celle du chanteur lounge du restaurant. Idem à plusieurs endroits de l’hôtel. Les restaurants sont irréguliers. Soit excellent, soit décevant comme les sushis ou l'italien. Soit 2 restaurants sur 5 pas très bons. Les chambres sont très confortables et bien équipés. Le personnel irréguliers : certains très avenants mais certains membres au bar sont désagréables. Cet hôtel ne vaut clairement pas ce prix.

Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse du personnel. A notre arrivée, ils n'avaient pas pris en compte notre statut de vip. Il a fallu négocier pour avoir une chambre surclassée. Après cela, tout s'est très bien déroulé.

Magnifique séjour. Chambre très spacieuse et magnifique. Nourriture bonne mais beaucoup trop froid dans la salle du buffet. Personnel très sympathique. Merci à Yenny et José, nos majordomes. Ils ont tout donné pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Merci également à Milqueya pour son excellent service au Coffee Shop et au théâtre. Merci aussi à Yendris pour son service à la lodge. Un petit bémol : la lavanderia qui n'est jamais venue chercher notre sac de linge sale. Sinon tout était parfait. Nous recommandons cet hôtel

Très bel hôtel, le personnel est au petit soin. Très spacieux, très confortable, on est pas les uns sur les autres. Le buffet principal est excellent, celui de la plage est parfait pour le matin et pour le déjeuner. Pour le goûter, le petit café sur la place est très sympa. Le restaurant Italien n'est par contre pas terrible. Très safe, les enfants ont adoré pouvoir se déplacer en toute liberté. Un grand respect des règles sanitaires.

Hôtel à la perfection
Hôtel extraordinaire, il n’est pas donné mais on en a clairement pour son argent. Chambres superbes avec jacuzzi et grand lit pour se poser au bord de la piscine, très belle plage avec lits et transats, nourriture et boissons de très bonne qualité et enfin, ce qui était très important pour moi, hôtel très strict sur les mesures Covid. Gel partout et masques a disposition et obligation de le porter en intérieur. Vous ne vous servez pas au buffets, on vous sert car comme ça, vous ne touchez à rien… c’est exactement ce que je recherchais. Nous y avons passé une superbe semaine. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter. Et un grand merci à Franklin, outre majordome qui a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour inoubliable. Si je devais donner des points d’amélioration: il n’y a rien en petite zone toboggan pour les tous petits… c’est dommage car il y a la place, je sais qu’il y en a un très bien sur l’hôtel à côté (dans lequel on peut aller) mais avec des tous petits, ça fait quand même pas mal de marche. Et enfin, vous ne devriez pas laisser les gens réserver les transats et lits… des 7h30 le matin, ça devient compliqué de trouvé un coin sympa. Sachez que vu le personnel que vous déployez, vous pourriez faire en sorte que quelqu’un gère les lits et transats par zone. Je l’ai déjà vu ailleurs et ça fonctionne très bien… ça évite, comme on a vu que des gens se disputent un lit car réservé des 7h30 le matin et la personne n’est venu sur le lit qu’à 15h…

Nous avons adoré notre voyage. Tout d'abord le point le plus fort était le service à clientèle. Nous avons un butler (majordome) au nom de YENNY qui a pris soin de nous durant notre séjour de 10 jours. Elle était intentionné et elle s'assurait que notre séjour ce déroulait comme prévue. C'était une belle rencontre et je la recommande fortement à tous! Gracias Yenny xxx Les serveurs, les hôtesse, les personnes d'entretient étaient tous de bon humeur et offraient un excellent service. La propreté de l'hôtel était numéro #1 Mon conjoint et moi étions très surpris des mesures prisent pour le covid (positivement). La nourriture était succulente et la variété était au rendez-vous! Le steak-house et le restaurant auprès de la mer délicieux. Je recommande cet hôtel à tous mes amis !! :D

Le séjour au Majestic Mirage correspondait à toutes nos attentes. Un grand hôtel avec toutes sortes d’animations, de restaurants et de piscines. Je voudrais souligner : pour les restaurants, nous avons particulièrement apprécié les asiatique, français, italien, et le steak house. Une mention pour le restaurant ocean pour sa belle vue sur la plage et la mer… une nourriture correcte et variée. Pour le restaurant central, un buffet bien achalandé mais un point négatif pour l’ambiancepar manque de lumière, de décoration et des demis murs qui nous masque le buffet… c’est dommage. Une animation piscine principale très présente mais pas pesante -. Il y a 2 grandes piscines sous formes de rivières pour adults only … c’est très appréciable, car plus au calme. Animation tous les soirs sur la jolie place et théâtre de plein air immense. Les conditions sanitaires anti Covid sont présentes et respectées. Une mention très spéciale pour notre Butler Carlos qui a été présent à toutes nos demandes et remarques. Il a tout fait pour nous changer de chambre au cours du séjour car nous n’étions pas complètement satisfaits. Il a su capter toutes nos attentes. Grâce à lui nous avons terminé nos vacances de manière excellente. Cet hôtel est à notre sens parfait pour les couples, groupe d’amis et famille avec de grands adolescents . Pour les tout petits, il ne nous semble pas adapté.

William and Juliano were excellent help with our wine selections for dinner. Anna at the pool bar was so friendly and helpful. Our butler, Francisco, made our stay very enjoyable and took care of every request. All staff very pleasant and the property is gorgeous!
