I want to express my extreme disappointment with my stay at your hotel. In just two days since my arrival, I have encountered two significant issues that have marred my experience. Firstly, I experienced a problem with room service, which was quite frustrating. However, the second incident was the last straw. Upon entering my room, I slipped and fell to the floor due to water leaking from the ceiling. I fell not once but twice, and my clothes, including my expensive €820 Loro Piana shoes, got soaked. Although you relocated me to another room, the situation has only worsened. Instead of offering an upgrade, such as a room with a sea view or access to a pool, I was placed in a room on the third floor, which is far from satisfactory. This has been an utterly disappointing experience, and I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone. I have paid a substantial sum of €2000 for my trip, and within just two days, I find myself thoroughly disillusioned with my stay. I expected much better from a hotel of your reputation.

Positives: The hotel grounds and buildings are gorgeous. Our room was huge with a beautiful view. We had a junior suite with pool view. The service was great, we never had an issue (some better than others obviously, but overall really good). We thought the food was excellent for an all inclusive. Probably the best food I’ve had at an all inclusive. there are also 5 other restaurants to choose from. We did the Mexican twice. Tons of sun loungers and space. Also lots of shaded areas provided. Water park and kiddie pool were great! Pool facilities over all are outstanding. Gorgeous and spacious gym. Negatives: No hair dryer in the room. Most of the plugs in the room didn’t work very well. Better communication needs to be done about the various activities going on. We found little to no info on what and if there was anything happening. App was glitchy and impossible to use. Overall the negatives were minor and did not in any way affect our enjoyment of the resort. I would definitely return and/or recommend this place.

There is a beautiful beach that is totally invaded by a whole bunch of boats, each playing its own music that competes with the music from the resort. It is absolutely annoying, not relaxing at all. One of the boats almost ran me over. Also annoying that unless you have a cell phone, you cannot order at the restaurants. All menus are to be "scanned" or accessed in the app. What if I don't want to have a cell phone on my vacation or if it breaks down? Staff is very nice and try to be helpful. There is no air conditioning in the lobby area and it took forever to get us checked in. We were exhausted, sticky, etc. The pool was extremely hot and it has no shade. The construction of the resort itself tends to cut the air flow so it is suffocating.

They have a great concept, this hotel is fairly young however the builders may have over looked certain thing, for example i could not enough use my terrance when it rained my terrance ceiling was constantly drop plaster onto my deck and getting on the furniture seem like something wasnt properly sealed during the construction because my neighboring room didnt have that problem. A beautiful veiw from that balcony i really couldnt enjoy was a shame. The food was great and the staff was great if lopesan corrects some of this issues i see a very bright future for that place.

This was an amazing property. To the point where you don’t have to leave it. I went on a solo trip and had an amazing experience great food , good drinks, ambiance, with multiple pools and the Bavaro beach to enjoy. There is also excursions conveniently ready to book through the resort. I would mainly suggest it to couples going for relaxation or adult groups.

We had a great stay at the property! The staff was friendly and very hard working. The food was good, not so much the Asian dining restaurant, but the other restaurants were good. The gym was nice but it would be good to have bottles of cleaner around to clean your own equipment because it didn’t get cleaned between people. The other complaint I have is that the beach swimming area is very small. We had to walk down the beach to another resort to get to an area where you could actually swim and enjoy the water. For a resort this big and nice, the water should be a priority.

Hotel is huge, like a maze. Staff is friendly, buffet was a hit and miss, there was not much activities around pool or live music. I got really sick due to food poisoning which worsened my view of the hotel, but to be fair is pretty, clean, but a little bit boring. Beer was local, most of times not cold enough. Room is good. Coffee shop really good

The water park was closed with no notification was offered that was very disappointing, the restaurant reservation were very bad and the restaurants were empty the entire time and staff did not accommodate walk in even do the restaurant was empty. We loved the Bedroom, it's Comfortable and Inviting without leaving behind the Bathroom, which was very relaxing. The balcony was is also very spacious. In general, the entire construction of this building is immaculate and elegant. They din't have any service on the beach and it's to small and so may boats, hundreds of people come daily to party it's a little intimidating

Confusion to get around property. All the staff was 5 stars!! The beds were hard, so i had to use several pillows to lay on. If you had any issues they addressed it immediately!! Pay attention and reserve at the specialty restaurants. However, there was plenty of places to eat. Alcohol was plentiful. The beach front had a lot of seaweed but once you got in the water it was warm. The water was blue not clear. Excursions were reasonable. I didn’t like the fact that the clubs wouldn’t diversify the music.

I loved that it offered so many different restaurants, the property was huge which made it a task to walk around but the staff was always helpful. Disliked not having a face towel to shower with and had to buy them in the gift shop but overall I loved it and will be back

They gave me a different room, the air conditioning didn't work well, the refrigerator didn't work either, the iron didn't heat up, the showers didn't work, the buffets were never good, they took a long time to fill them, the beer in the bars was very bad and hot, the bottles of The water they had in the freezer of each bar was always hot, in the lobby it was always very hot, having air conditioning and many other things.

Very nice resort. The rooms, buildings, outdoor areas, and pools were all very nice. The beach itself wasn't as pretty as others I've been too. The service was all great with the exception of the french restaurant. I personally wouldn't bother getting reservations for any of the restaurants. I would just stick to the buffet and room service (which is included). The food at the restaurants were either the same or worse than the buffet. That being said I thought the buffet was pretty good and had good variety. There were multiple bars at various locations and the drinks were included. My one gripe about the outdoor area is that i wish they'd had more restrooms around the pools.
