This neighborhood is perfectly situated near Puerto Vallarta’s most popular beaches, Playa Olas Atlas and Playa Los Muertos, making it the perfect spot to lounge by the beach during the day and explore Puerto Vallarta’s bar and restaurant scene by night.

Getting Around:
Zona Romantica is a highly walkable area, where you can access the beach and the restaurant and nightlife safely at night. Puerto Vallarta is well connected by Uber and Taxi’s (negotiate!).

For reservations in Naya Homes website, this property follows the cancellation policy equivalent to: Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights. If they cancel after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights..
1. The property and the specific unit in the reservation shall not be used by more than the number of people or pets listed in the reservation. All guests will have to register with Naya Homes before their arrival, and additional guests may incur additional costs or the cancelation of the reservation, without a refund, according to Naya Homes cancellation policies. Guests outside the reservation details may not be permitted according to building rules.

2. By booking with Naya Homes, regardless of the platform used, guests agree to provide all necessary check-in information, including but not limited to copies of valid identification (such as a driver's license or passport), full names and ages of all guests, email addresses, and contact phone numbers. Guests will also complete any required admissions forms and documentation. Failure or refusal to provide the requested information and completion of the admissions forms may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without any refund.

3. All guests must honor the peace and privacy of their neighbors, refrain from participating in any unlawful activities, and adhere to the building regulations diligently. Non-compliance may result in the termination of your reservation without refund or financial penalties, as stipulated by either the building management, the host or Naya Homes.

6. Pets are not allowed unless expressly noted in your reservation. If you bring a pet to a property that does not allow pets, your reservation may be immediately canceled without a refund. For units where pets are specifically allowed, an additional special Pet Cleaning fee and a standard cleaning fee will be charged on top of the reservation if you bring a pet.

7. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises or in the building's common areas. A fine will be charged to the reservation if this is not respected.

8. You are liable for any property damage and agree to accept charges to your card on file should damage occur during your occupancy.

9. Check-in is at 3 pm or later, and Check-out is at 11 am or earlier unless noted in your reservation. If these times are not respected, there will be a fine charged to the reservation.

10. Rental rates include a reasonable usage of electricity for each night of the reservation length. Excessive use of electricity may result in additional charges to guests, which will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.

We had a great time staying here. The apartment was very nice and well appointed. The location was excellent with lots to do within walking distance. The roof top pool was very relaxing with beautiful views. The only negative would be intermittent hot water, not enough of an inconvenience to keep us away.

I loved the unit, very big for one, clean, love views of mountain and colorful houses, not noisy except for occasional work during day, close to bakery and restaurants, and beach. Friendly security! Unit has everything you could want in kitchen. Has infinity pool on roof that I used almost every day with greatbocean view. Will stay there again! Highly recommend!Simone P

The unit and building are nice, comfortable. I had challenges with property management rep from the start. From the intermittent beeping from 2 cordless phones with dead batteries that rep tried to pass off as her own cell phone and how she seemed more impressed with showing me the new washer and dryer than anything else in the unit. The safe door open with the lockpins out so the door couldn't be closed. Multiple communication attempts to get it reset went unanswered or answered with "we'll let you know..." Four hours later still no response and I'd try again with same results. After second day of this I went directly into the office and spoke with a manager who offered to accompany back to unit to reset the safe. He wasn't able to reset it but initiated a workaround and I was told I would receive word from the office in an hour or so. After almost three hours I called and was connected to the original rep who had No clue. New employees need and deserve better oversight and assistance and management needs to stay apprised and intervene. I had a great experience a few months before with another rep from the company so I know they're capable. I'll probably look to other options in the future.
