« Great location! Bright and refreshing atmosphere. Staff was kind and helpful. Sheets did not seem to be properly laundered. Staff moved me to a different room, but encountered the same scenario in the new room. Wondering whether it is just policy to not change sheets between guests to cut costs. I asked for clean sheets from the front desk to be able to go to sleep for the night— and she accommodated immediately. Even the “clean” sheets did not smell fresh or appear clean.
