« Staff was friendly but disliked the extra information that had to be entered on the IPad. It added an extra unnecessary step. I had pre booked the room. « The property was clean, and the staff was great, but the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash containers are at the end of the tub/shower where the contents can’t help but fall on the inside of the tub making it very slickly.
