« When reserving the room online, I chose to "pay at property". Before I Arrived at the property my card had been swiped on 3 separate occasions without permission. I arrived early (before 3pm), got an attitude when checking in with front desk staff. I was given a room next to a door that you could only open from the inside due to a bad card reader. « Front entrance and the building is aged, somewhat questionable, but the AC blows ice cold, the bed is very comfortable, room clean and ready for a good night sleep. If you are the type of person that worries about everything, don’t stay here. I don’t think you will be happy and only leave a bad review. « We walked into the lobby and a roach was literally crawling across the floor. The pool was completely drained. And the room was super hot with no AC and smelt rank. We left immediately and booked another room at a different hotel. »
