« My family and I stayed here and appreciated the great communication with the host. The house was super clean, and the size makes it very easy to keep track of your belongings. We could come and go to the beach easily without paying the price of a beachfront property, and of course an outdoor shower is always nice to have! We felt very welcomed and cared for. »

« House was great for our family. The ability to have our boat directly at the house yet still be close enough to walk to the beach was a big perk. Our only issue was our boat was too big for the ramp but, it was a close drive to the public boat ramp. »

« My family and I felt as if the property was in great condition for an older home. When we first arrived we couldn't get in through the front door was able to get in through the back. When I called Mr. Edgar he responded very quickly. We would stay again and we recommend staying at this property. Mr. Edgar and Mr. Hayden are great hosts and attentive. »

« The place was beautiful. Short walk to beach. Nice neighborhood. It was my grandson first beach trip and he turned 6 months old. Went to the beach everyday and hung out together on the porches. Very nice and relaxing vacation. Definitely a place I will visit again! »

« It was a great, last minute find for our family of 6 and 2 dogs. We loved the added touch of the hot tub and the neighborhood was quiet. There was a huge yard for the dogs to roam and for our 5yo to find sticks when we weren’t beaching it. The only downfall, for us, was the one bathroom. We have 3 pre-teen/teen girls, but they managed!! :) The owner was prompt when we had questions and was happy to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Will stay here again for sure (maybe not with all 3...

« This house is fantastic! It is impeccably clean and cool, beautiful views in all directions from windows and decks on both floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with every cooking device imaginable, and the patio bar has not one but three green eggs (S, M, & L) to grill and smoke with. The water access was ideal to launch our paddle boards and kayak, and the sun deck area wonderful. St. Clair is a excellent host and instructions were perfectly detailed. And we can't forget the Billiard and game...

« We loved the layout—quite different from our area, but pretty normal, apparently, for the NC coast. When I booked, I thought there was only one bath, so was pleasantly surprised to find 2-1/2. The property is beautifully landscaped and worked very well for our purpose—just spending time relaxing with family for a couple of days. »
