Coming, enjoy a tremendously stylish and welcoming three bedroom two bath home in the heart of Oklahoma City. You'll be close enough to the fairgrounds to enjoy anything going on there, while being close enough to NW. 23rd St., Plaza district, and Paseo district to enjoy everything that our fine town has to offer.

Inside you'll find 2 bedrooms with king sized beds and a third queen sized bed, alongside two bathrooms, and a wider than average driveway making access to this lovely home simple.

This home is spread over fifteen hundred square feet all on one level. Two bedrooms have king beds and closets en-suite and the third bedroom has a queen bed.

The kitchen is set up for your optimal cooking and enjoying experience. If you don't feel like cooking then worry not! You are located smack in the center of the best assortment of restaurants in the city!

You'll have the full run of the house, as this is not a shared space, and is all for the enjoyment of you and your booking party.

On the day of check-in, you will receive a text message containing the code to the front door. This is what you'll use for access throughout your stay, and you'll find information about Wi-Fi, nearby, attractions, check out procedures, and what to do if a maintenance item comes up in the house book that we will also send you on the day of check-in, if not before.

Early check-in, late, checkouts, pack, and plays, and about everything else you could want during your time in Oklahoma City can be arranged for a separate fee and will be ready for you on arrival. We're creative, so if something would make you stay a win let us know and we'll work on it.

Our team is both local and remote, and if you need something throughout, your stay will be able to attend to it, but if you want lots of privacy, we can work with that too

Great Location

Perfect location - we were competing at State Fair park and it was a quick trip.Property was just as described. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice home

We stayed here as it was close to the OKC Fairgrounds and still in a nice neighborhood. It was very convenient for us. Felt safe here. Beds were comfy. Had a washer/dryer but we didn’t need that. Stayed in the summer and the air conditioner kept did cool the place without any issues. I would definitely stay in this home again should I need to return to OKC.

charm with some quirks

The home is roomy and laid out well. The beds are very comfortable as are the living room furnishings lots of light. Unfortunately, The place was less than clean, with dead flies lining some of the window sills and embedded in the carpets. One cereal bowl in the cupboard was encrusted with cereal. there was only a half role of toilet paper for our five day stay and no paper towels or sponges. the unit lacked salt and pepper and other common staples. The yard was unusable out back.

This property is located in a HOMELESS are where there are people walking around the property all night sleeping in the road pushing buggy’s the Salvation Army is just down the street. There area is terrible, don’t try reach management because they ignore your calls and text messages! Never heard back from asking for a different location because you do not feel safe at all!! Would not recommend this place or any property that is being rented by this rental company/persons

Cute Stay!

This was a good stay and near by to a lot of places to eat and drink. The management was wonderful and was able to get us in last minute after another listing was incorrectly posted and we desperately needed a solution for our stay. They came in clutch and would recommend them highly!
