« I booked a room that said balcony. I did not really understand the layout of the property before arrival as there were limited updated provided pictures. Upon checking in my room (located on a first floor) there was a patio; not a “balcony”. « Food was good. Staff was great. Pool and beach was amazing. Property was kept clean. Room was slightly dirty and had leftovers still in the fridge on check in. But other than that the place was amazing. »

« Regrettable welcome from the Check in. The lady was very unpleasant and did not give us any information about the hotel. We had to ask him questions and we really felt like we were bothering him! The rooms are full of humidity, when we entered the room we felt like we were in a freezer! They are forced to put the air conditioning very cold otherwise the floor gets all set! Don't be fooled like us by the photos of the hall and the reception which is very beautiful and very design, which is true...
