« Very nice and clean apartment. Even closer to the ocean than it looked on the map. (It’s on the ocean side of the train tracks.) There are quite a few trains that go by all day long, but the noise was never unbearable, and I think they stopped after midnight until 5am or so (not 100% sure because we were asleep). Check in process and communication with host Justin was simple and easy. Would stay again. »

« This is a perfect little spot just 2 blocks from the ocean. There’s plenty of places within walking distance to get food as well & lots of shops on the main road. No AC so we kept the windows open which kept it very cool but at night it could be a little noisy but you mostly just hear the ocean. »

« The place was clean but looked dirty due to stains on walls. The Master bedroom’s bathroom showers was hard adjusting the water temperature and almost burnt myself doing so. We didn’t get to use the pool due to it being dirty I would’ve rent someplace else »

« We have a large family and we’re in need of a good size spot close to the beach, the Seafoam Sanctuary more than met our expectations. This is a clean and well planned getaway spot within a block of the shore, with a playground close by for our kids to work out their travel jitters and many restaurants and coffee shops close by for Mom and Dad walking dates. Definitely would recommend for a retreat, family vaca, or romantic getaway. P.S. The patio view is awesome also! »

« This apartment is perfect! Very clean, up to date, has all of the amenities you could want and the location is great. My friend and I stayed here with our 14 yr old boys and there was plenty of room. We were less than 5 min from the beach and town and if we didn’t feel like going out we stayed in and sat in the hot tub and bbq-ed. We will be back 100%! »

« We enjoyed our stay at this little beach cottage unit just blocks from the ocean/pier and close to restaurants and shops. Our pup was openly welcomed, and it was easy to walk him in the pet-friendly neighborhood too! It was cool during our Christmas visit but the cottage's heating units more than provided enough warmth to make it comfortable even on the coolest mornings! :-) »

« Great space, perfect for two people. The train wasn’t loud at all and never woke us up in the night so don’t let that discourage you from booking this place! Nice gated courtyard area and easy laundry machines that accept card. I thought the price was great for a spot two blocks away from the beach. Roughly a 25 minute walk to downtown/Oceanside Pier which was perfect for walking off dinners! I definitely recommend this place for a couple:) Thanks Justin for having us! »
