The Cozy Coast is a beautifully designed home located in the heart of Oceanside, CA. With this cute, stylish and cleanly home let yourself get sucked in to the beach life and enjoy waking up to the smell of the salty ocean air. Walk a few steps to the beach or take a nice bike ride along the coast. Just a mile from Downtown Oceanside and the Pier this location offers everything you need to explore this great city. From surfing, biking, shopping and dinning this suite has everything you need.
Description:
This recently redesigned one bedroom/one bath Suite is located on the first floor and includes a full kitchen, gas stove, electric microwave, dedicated bath, King-size bed, sofa bed and a SMART tv (Wi-Fi included)
This rental has been furnished with brand new furniture, linens, pillows, bath towels and other necessities.
The bedroom has a king size bed and a separate bathroom with a tub/shower.
There is a shared Washer/Dryer hookup on the first level (coins needed), the laundry key is on the set of keys provided. Keep in mind, we have other tenants on the property as well. If it’s busy, there are laundromats just a few minutes down the street on the coast.
Location:
This unit is walking distance to all of Oceanside’s most popular cafes, restaurants/bars, shops, parks, beaches and much more. Drive just a few minutes North to experience Downtown Oceanside or a few minutes South to enjoy Downtown Carlsbad.
See what it’s like to be a local and wake up to the salty ocean air! Walk a few steps to the beach, bike along the coast or take a dip in the ocean, this location has it all.
You’ll be excited to return to the suite with all the comforts of a welcoming home. Please be mindful that this property has multiple units that are not rented short-term and are occupied with long-term tenants. Make sure the maximum amount of guests is not exceeded during quiet hours (9pm-9am) and noise is minimal as it is a quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are in adjacent rentals units so your adherence to house rules is appreciated.

Self Check-in
After check-in, no refunds for early check-out
Quiet hours: 9pm-9am
Absolutely no parties or large gatherings.
No smoking is permitted inside or outside on the property.
Minimum age of primary renter is 21
You will occasionally hear the trains nearby but they are not intrusive as of August 2023, after the noise ordinance law was passed. However, under certain weather conditions they may occasionally blow the horn as a warning in less visible conditions.
Cleaning protocol:
This space and all of its furnishings: counter tops, tables, door handles, kitchen utensils, bath surfaces, etc are fully disinfected with Lysol products prior to your arrival. All linens, toiletries, towels, and bed covers are washed and restocked. We utilize the latest disinfectant products to ensure a clean and comfortable stay. Any pets will add an additional cleaning fee.
PARKING:
This unit has a garage available as well as a space for a second car just outside the assigned garage. Every first and third Monday of each month the city of Oceanside conducts the street sweeper before 10am. Make sure you are parked in the garage to ensure you’re not blocking the street during that time or you will be ticketed.
