« Great service from the moment we drove on property to the moment we left. I stayed here w my wife and two small kids. We enjoyed the pool, restaurants, market place and grounds of the resort greatly. I played 18 on the south course and really enjoyed my time. Course was in great shape, pace was perfect and the golf staff was super friendly. Highly recommend this property. »

« Wonderful property that feels much larger than the photos suggest. Very clean and everything is in great condition. I could have easily stayed here for month or two and still felt comfortable, especially with the coast so easily accessible, and Wise Ox and Lofty down the street. »

« We visited Carlsbad for a long weekend to be with family and to celebrate my uncle’s 100th birthday. Highest priority for us is clean unit and comfy beds - this checked both boxes. We enjoyed our stay and appreciate owner’s quick response to a minor incident. She is readily available to assist and we appreciated that. Great place to stay. We highly recommend. »

« We couldn't be happier with our stay at Southern Exposure and highly recommend it! So easy to check in, find our dedicated parking, and then relax and enjoy the beautiful view and immaculate property inside and out. Comfortable, quiet & spacious, with a well stocked kitchen, delightful balcony, pool and hot tub dedicated to our unit. We loved walking the property in the mornings and enjoying our downtime in between our hectic schedule. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! »

« We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful vacation condo! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with how clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully appointed the property was. The condo is located within a resort, so we had full access to amazing amenities, all just a short walk away.
