« This property was great for a weekend getaway with the family. There was plenty of room for us 7 cousins and the water stayed hot even when we used all three showers. Great little outdoor patio space with a grill, and the garage is a cute spot for a game night. There’s a huge fridge and plenty of pantry space, and it’s close to a few grocery stores and shopping areas. The owners were welcoming and the place was very clean. »

« Probably needs to be shut down. Rooms extremely dirty, bathrooms falling apart, stains on bed frames chairs etc, floor tiles coming off, slabs of cover up paint everywhere. Pool area gate in shambles. Breakfast is a waffles maker and 2 brands of cereal. Hallways look like a 1970’s horror movie. Soon as you open the door you get a heavy dingy odor masked with cheap floor cleaner. Parking was atrocious. It’s so small and they had 2 commercial trailers blocking most of the parking spaces for 2...

« This is a great home away from home. The location is wonderful with lots that isn’t within walking distance, including Carlsbad and Oceanside. The room was clean and comfortable and perfect for one or two people. »

« Wonderful staff- friendly and helpful. The property was clean (except around doorframes where it was very dirty). The beds were comfortable with soft sheets and the towels soft and fluffy. And no bed bugs! But it desperately needs updating. Everything is old and outdated. It was weird to have to request normal amenities from the front desk. Shampoo (and don’t forget to say “and conditioner” if you want both), a blow dryer, coffee pot. Why advertise a full kitchen when you can’t use it without...
