For extra guests, the living area includes a sofa bed with an additional air mattress found in the closet. Fresh bath towels and essential toiletries are included for your stay.

Please be aware of the local street sweeping schedule on the 2nd and 4th Monday of every month. To avoid a citation, ensure your vehicle is moved before 10:00 AM on these specific days.

Nearby Train:
Given that Oceanside’s history is tied to the coast and the railroad, a 2023 quiet zone initiative has made the area much more peaceful. While train whistles are now uncommon, a signal might still be heard during heavy fog or for essential safety reasons.
