3. **Lost Keys:** A replacement fee of $125 will apply for any lost keys.

4. **Damage & Repairs:** If you happen to break or damage something during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible. We`re happy to work with you to arrange repairs or replacements.

5. **Common Areas:** Please follow all posted rules and regulations while using the pool, fitness center, and business center to maintain a pleasant experience for all guests.

6. **Check-Out Time:** Check-out is anytime before 11:00 AM, unless otherwise discussed with your host in advance.
