« We stayed 3 nights in May 2025 and used the home as our base for visiting Boston. The red line is about a 10 minute walk. You can get to wherever you want in the Boston area. It was a bit of a commute on the train, but worked fine for us. The apartment is as pictured and described. Washer/dryer was handy. Two beds and baths. Kitchen had some dishes and cooking equipment, but not a ton. There was a Keurig coffeemaker but no toaster. Cute little balcony felt private. Grocery store and pharmacy...

« The property was very nice! Warm and cozy, there was plenty of room for our family. The view of Boston across the bay was beautiful! We had a lot of fun on the beach. »

« Jenny was responsive, helpful, and kind in assisting with our questions and needs. Home provided an abundance of space, extremely clean, and everything we needed for our time in the Boston area. Roadway is slow, but when traffic is heavy backing out of driveway is tough. Tip - back in when you return to house, as pulling forward is a breeze. Take advantage of Caddy Memorial Park where you can walk around both a wetlands area and ocean across the street and free parking. »

« The 3rd story unit was so cute! AND SO CLEAN! We are from California and the kids loved the quaintness. All the rooms with wooden doors. We aren't used to old buildings and we loved it! The fire pit was a plus! I grabbed a bundle of wood and 3 paper bags at the gas station across the street and we had the best fire on night one! It was a lovely stay and great price. You even have access to laundry. I would suggest those instructions be added to the welcome email. And only downside was the couple...

« Grandson his GF, hubs & I wanted to see Yankees/Red Sox at Fenway, so we planned an extended trip, through Niagara Falls to the Boston area. We loved the area. Quincy had everything we needed to make it a good stay. The property was great. Well equipped & maintained. Neighborhood was excellent w a short walk to the water. Good access to good food & public transit. Perfect. Would definitely stay again. »

« My family of 4 stayed in this apartment. It was nicely sized and very clean. It was supplied with everything we needed, and we appreciated the minimalistic design of the apartment with toddlers around. The location was great. We were able to get to Boston easily. Kiara was very responsive. »

« Nous avons visité Boston. Grâce à l'emplacement de la chambre nous avons marché jusqu'à la station de train (environ 15 minutes) et en 40 minutes nous étions à Boston pour seulement 8$ par personne. L'hôte répond très bien aux questions, l'endroit était très propre et c'était très tranquille. C'est également près de restaurants, d'une épicerie et d'une pharmacie à pied. »

« Apartment war exakt wie beschrieben. Top-Einrichtung von Küche und Bad. Inklusive Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sehr geeignet für einen längeren Aufenthalt. « This spacious upstairs apt was perfect for 3 of us while we were in Weymouth visiting family for a long weekend. We could have very comfortably stayed for longer. The space was clean comfortable and more spacious than expected. Well provisioned for our stay! Hosts made everything easy. « This property was perfect! It had all the amenities of home. Well stocked cabinet of spices, freezer packs, coffee, creamers. They also had a basket of snacks upon arrival. The washer and dryer worked great and if you need to line dry any clothing they had a rack for that as well. We had our 11 year old pup as part of our trip and they had a baby gate that we used for the stairs because he has back issues. Super convenient!! The beds were clean and comfortable.
