« My family (siblings and mother) stayed here for 4 nights and they absolutely loved. Very clean and well kept. My 88 year old mother loved that there was not 1 step in the whole place!!The owner was also super easy to work with and promptly replied to every question. A very easy and enjoyable experience overall. »

« Well stocked kitchen, lots of pots, pans, storage containers and cooking utensils! Property management was quick to respond to any concerns or questions. »

« My family gathered from 5 states at Dayna's. The house was very comfortable for our family reunion. We used the house as a landing pad for local activities. We never felt crowded due to the multiple living spaces, bathrooms, and bedrooms. »

« This place was perfect for our getaway to Kansas City. We really loved exploring 39th St. So being so close to that was wonderful.That said, we spent time at 18th and Vine and actually all over Kansas City in this place was well located for us.Jim is a great communicator and may check in easy. »

« This property worked out extremely well for our group of 7 to stay for a family wedding! Location was great, quick drive to anywhere we needed to go! Plenty of sleeping options, comfortable beds, and a great open space for relaxing/eating! »

« Really appreciated how clean the property was. The house has been updated and felt fresh. Typically, when we enter any rental, there’s a chemical smelly plug-in in every room and every closet. They were still in the property, but this was not overwhelm chemicals. It was truly fresh and clean. We also appreciated all the little condiments and special things left to help us in case we forgot. Equally we liked that we didn’t have to throw excess away when we left the property, like unopened soda...

« This property was an incredible stay! Mike was more than accommodating and his communication was incredible. We had a group 13 for a girls weekend and we had plenty of space to spread out! The pool was an awesome addition and the outdoor space was so much fun! One day we stayed at the house all day and had a cookout- perfect space for it! Plus, the neighborhood is extremely safe and beautiful! Everyone person in our group was blown away and wants to book again for their own family! »

« Myself and my coaching staff were in the area for a youth softball tournament and were looking for a home that could house 8 or 9 adults comfortably. This place filled the bill nicely, both spatially and location wise. Located close to the interstate, it was extremely convenient to get around to the various venues we needed to get to. In addition, there are plenty of nearby restaurants and grocery stores. Communication with the host was promptly responded to. I would definitely stay here...

« Beautiful property! Hot water, lovely kitchen, no AC but fans function. The downstairs game room was THE BEST! »

« Everything was as pictured and listed. Beds were comfortable. Things were clean. The home had a little more personal clutter than I prefer, but there was still room to "move-in" during our stay. Thank you for preserving this nice tri-level family home. »
