« This hotel was like stepping into the past! It at one time was VERY GRAND and currently is now located in a very depressed area of Topeka. The State Capitol! It was very sad and depressing to see the current situation of this hotel. The breakfast buffet in the morning inside the atrium was lovely and attended by staff. No problems encountered except sadness for the current condition of this area likely due to economics. »

« Si on arrive au petit déjeuner vers 8.30 il ne reste presque plus rien…plus de yaourt, il a fallu demander qu il remette du café , de la pâte pour les gaufres, .. nous sommes restés 4 nuits et la chambre n a jamais été faite ! Vraiment déçu ! Heureusement le personnel de l accueil est sympathique ! »

« Plenty of parking. Night staff were very friendly. Room was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. Good shower pressure and plenty of hot water. Would stay there again. Breakfast was continental- no frills. »

« Unfortunately I wasn’t able to stay as long as planned but the room was adequate and quiet. A bit of an odd smell at first (someone may have smoked inside at some point) but nothing terribly offensive. Shower light was in need of replacing. »
