« Stayed over Memorial Day weekend to celebrate the 94th birthday of my mom who lives in a nearby senior living facility. This location was perfect for driving into Grass Valley (a tad too far and hilly for a comfy walk from town). The apartment was spacious with a nice, small kitchen and wonderful views of the pine lined mountains in the distance. A great rate and comfy get away. »

« We stayed 2 nights in late June. The property was as advertised; no issues. Great views of Donner Lake, but the water is still frigid in late June, so we only dipped our toes in. It is a short drive to the restaurants and shopping in Truckee. Not very far to the north shore of Lake Tahoe either. Overall, we had a good stay. »

« The condo was exactly what was represented and what we were looking for. We were in Grass Valley for the 50th Annual Father's Day Bluegrass Festival. Great location for exploring Grass Valley and hiking trails in the area. We could walk to the Festival as well. The condo was very comfortable and I look forward to renting again, the next time we are in Grass Valley. »

« This property is awesome. Super clean, really nice furnishings and a well stocked kitchen. The host even stocks coffee and waffle mix so you're set for your first breakfast. They also let us use the garage to stash our toys in during our stay to keep them safe. Great place, will be back for sure! »

« Very well set up. Generally well maintained. Lots of stairs. Worked for our three days of skiing. Small garage; door was too low for a car with rooftop cargo box. »

« Great Location! Close to Tahoe Donner Lodge, the Z Market & walking trails. The owner, Robert, was very responsive to our needs and immediately returned calls. This end-unit townhome has a beautifully maintained private hot tub amongst towering pines and a barbecue...very rare for a townhome! Perfect home for our month's stay, which was 1/2 business and 1/2 pleasure. »
