« We had a great stay! Perfect location to ULM. We were in town for Orientation. Our daughter stayed on campus, and we stayed here. We were only there to sleep and shower, so we weren't able to take full advantage of the house. Super cozy! Highly recommend. »

« The house is as pictured. There was plenty of sleeping space for my family of 5. The beds were comfortable. It is an older house that has been updated, so there are small issues like water pressure and cosmetic eyesores. It's the best house in the neighborhood, but many of the surrounding homes are in disrepair. »

« We had a nice stay in the Lily Pad! The kids loved running around through the maze of doors. It was fun to have the deck out over the water. We all slept comfortably. It is right next to the highway and that made me a little nervous with my little kids so I made sure I was very aware of where they were. »

« This was a nice, comfortable property in what appeared to be a very safe neighborhood. The property manager was very responsive. There is a nice screened in porch, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. We had a happy stay and we would recommend that you consider this property if staying in Monroe. »

« Very clean, well maintained property. We used the pullout in the game room also, and the teens really enjoyed the exercise equipment. Cooked a couple of times, kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils, etc. Great experience!! »

« Our recent weekend stay at this lake house was absolutely fantastic! The property was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and with plenty of room for our family to spread out comfortably. We were staying there to be close to the venue for my daughter’s wedding. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it provided the perfect peaceful escape we were hoping for. We thoroughly enjoyed the tranquility and the overall atmosphere. We would definitely recommend this lake house to anyone looking for a relaxing...
