« What a lovely home and property. Very clean, comfy, and well appointed. It is very close to some local hotspots and a beautiful high side hill view of the river. The barn on the property adds to the overall country charm of this place. My wife and I will be back. »

« For the cost of what we paid for the rental, it was fantastic. It has 2 great outdoor spaces, with a top and lower deck. It is small, but enough space for what we needed. It needs a few simple things, that I noticed others mention, like more towels. We are 60 guest and had to maneuver to get up the outdoor steps and to get in to the high ledge bath tub/showers. We found the furniture and beds comfortable. The kitchen had just about anything you could use, but a big pot to boil spaghetti. We...

« The house was very clean and well kept! Plenty of space and the outside yard was very big! The neighborhood was safe and much to our surprise, a short walk to a beautiful river! It was close in proximity to downtown! Sara & Marvin were easy to get in touch with and were very responsive! The house is well stocked with everything you could need! The banana muffins were a sweet touch! I would recommend this place! »

« Absolutely loved our stay at yellow mountain cottage! Check-in was super easy, the house itself had just about everything you could need in terms of toiletries, linens, towels, and spices/cooking tools, which was really nice to not have to worry about. It was very clean and upkept, and such a cozy little home. We had so much fun in the creek, the scenery was beautiful. 10/10 would recommend! »

« Such a unique experience. Gave a weekend stay to my family of boys who love The Hobbit and anything adventure. The set up inside is so cozy and we loved having the fireplace outside. They really thought of everything to make our winter stay cozy and enjoyable. Enjoyed being close to the ski slopes as well so great location for that and some good restaurants nearby but feel somewhat secluded when you’re at the house which was nice. »

« Cranberry Cottage is a quaint little cottage that was perfect for me and my 3 dogs. The fenced in back yard was a great place to let the dogs run around in. I did not get the chance, but I bet sitting on the patio around the fireplace would be wonderful! »

« The Cozy Cottage was wonderful! It was clean , comfortable, and the perfect base for our trip to Black Mountain / Montreat /Asheville. We cooked many of our own meals, and the kitchen was really well-equipped. It was nice to have a fenced in yard for our dog. Highly recommend! »
