« Situé dans la magnifique forêt d'Ozark, l'hôtel offre un cadre propice à la détente et à la randonnée. Décor de style chalet, typique des parcs nationaux. Chambre confortable, avec balcon, bonne literie, salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne et baignoire. Dommage que le restaurant ne soit pas à la hauteur : cuisine sans grand intérêt et service amateur, bien que souriant et aimable. »

« Positives- free breakfast and light dinner buffet available including one free alcoholic drink daily. Friendly staff. Clean enough. Good facility for conference (why I was there). Negatives- I like to walk a lot in a new place and there is VERY little that is walkable. I walked from downtown Columbia/Univ of Missouri 2.5 miles along the interstate back to hotel. Thin, lumpy pillows were really uncomfortable. I didn’t sleep well. »

« There's some things that really should be kept up with including broken ice machine, broken laundry soap dispenser, and a side entrance that does not lock at all. Lots of trash around the property makes the place seem run down. A shame as the staff is great and it is in a convenient location. »
