« The location of this hotel is ideal. Close to Michigan City, New Buffalo and a 5 min walk to the lake. The hotel offers so many things for the convenience of the guests. We stayed in Suite 11 which happens to be the only room with direct balcony access overlooking the pool which was great. We had 1 bedroom and a couch with a pull out bed. The bedroom bed was excellent however the pull out bed was sub par. Extremely uncomfortable. There was no maid service or turndown service like a normal hotel...

« This is our second time staying here, and we are so happy with this. The castle is a wonderful place to stay. The apartment is clean and quiet and has all we need, and it is conveniently located. We love this place and hope to come back! »

« We loved our stay at the Hummingbird! Incredible location. 5-7 min walk from all the action. It was our first time in saugatuck and we couldn’t have loved it more and were able to fully enjoy it thanks to this perfectly located spot. It was very clean, looked exactly like the pictures. It was stocked with plenty of dishes/towels etc for a couple. We can’t wait to come back! »

« Overall was a great place! Super close to the social district and would walk there! Less than 5 mins from the beach! Would 100% stay here again! »

« We love this neighborhood. Quiet. Views of river and Lake Kalamazoo. Wonderful trails and hikes just down the road. Easy access to everything Saugatuck and Douglas have to offer!One quirk: The thermostat is not located in this unit. Heaters and fans were provided and we were comfortable. »

« We only stayed one night. We were just there to sleep, but the house was spacious. A lot of stairs to climb, but it was fine. I noticed a park of some sort across the road. Great for kids to play. We didn’t walk downtown we took a 5 uber/lyft. However I think we could have walked without crossing the highway. I’d definitely stay again. Very reasonable price. »

« This was a nice place to stay. I wish the description included that the units are all on the second floor as some of our party have mobility issues. A few cleaning issues, but overall a good stay. Would stay again. »

« The location was absolutely perfect for our trip. Easy to get to Holland for the Tullip festival and great for walking around Saugatuck. We’d stay here again for sure. And the shower! Great pressure, two side and the stone floor was very comfy on the feet. Loved it. »

« The entire town of Saugatuck shut down due to a gas leak the morning we were supposed to stay and the host was amazing at communicating,trying to assist us in finding a new rental and ultimately providing a refund qith out any hassle or issues when there wasnt another option available in neighboring towns. Very impressed with the host. »
