« The room was very clean and nicely decorated. Pros: Clean, good location, basic small room. Cons: small travel size pillows instead of “real” pillows, only 1 washcloth for two people, room was VERY hot the first night. We turned off the heat and opened windows but it didn’t really cool down until the next day. Really the cons are easily fixable as this property appears to be a work in progress. »

« Upon arrival, we had difficulty communicating with the owner. There had been a payment issue but VRBO never told us & any messages the owner was sending never came through. The link to the page that was supposed to contain instructions was broken. We had to contact VRBO and get them to contact the owner, only to find out we had to process a payment to get access. Note - the outside of the building and the parking areas are POORLY maintained. The gated parking is wild. People park any sort of way...
