« The hotel is older and could use some updates. But it was clean. Was concerned being right on a main drag, but was surprisingly quiet in our room. There is a barrier between the rooms and the road. View from patio was awesome. Got pics of a beautiful sunrise right out our door. Lots of baby ducks to make us smile as well. »

« The location of this hotel is ideal. Close to Michigan City, New Buffalo and a 5 min walk to the lake. The hotel offers so many things for the convenience of the guests. We stayed in Suite 11 which happens to be the only room with direct balcony access overlooking the pool which was great. We had 1 bedroom and a couch with a pull out bed. The bedroom bed was excellent however the pull out bed was sub par. Extremely uncomfortable. There was no maid service or turndown service like a normal hotel...

« It was a nice clean place and cozy. But we didn't know that there were 5 units in the building. Didn't know which unit was ours until the property manager helped us. So, maybe communicate better with your guests prior to arrival as to which unit is the one that is theirs. Also, could use more hooks in the bathroom to hang things and a blackout panel would've been nice on the entry door. Too much light from the street light. »
