« A great place to stay! The neighborhood was pretty quiet, but there was an occasional loud car that drove by. The stairs are a little steep, but we were able to get up them just fine. There was a humming sound that we noticed mainly at night, but we think that must have just been the AC kicking on. Bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. « Our stay was great! The place looks new and was very clean, very comfortable and easy access. The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom has no outlets to do your hair or anything. They didn't have soap, shampoo or any bath products except softsoap on the sink. Towels were very nice. Didn't really like the parking on the narrow street either but it worked and nothing happened so that was good. Overall, it is a very nice place and I would stay again for sure. »

« I stayed 2 nights and it was a great experience. The unit is exactly like the pictures and the parking was easy on the street right in front of the house. Check in was very easy. Property located in the historic St. Ann's district and very close to University of Dayton and walking distance to Oregon district. Gretchen was very responsive. I would definitely stay again if/when in town. »
