Booked the property through Expedia but it was a property managed by partner Stayz. Both agencies sent confirmation notices but there was no check-in information. I didn't hear anything and got worried so I phoned a number and got a random help line. The property had been gone for a couple of weeks. I then had to scramble to find somewhere else. Much angst. Added expense. Loss of time. I still need to chase my refund. Not impressed at all. Expedia has never disappointed me in the past. Hopefully this is a one and only that they or their partner will quickly fix.
