« My family stayed at this beautiful home from Wednesday until Saturday for my nephew’s wedding in Hattiesburg. It was perfect for our family. The home was very well stocked with what we needed as far as appliances, coffee maker, nice pantry space for our food we brought in. It was very clean, the bedrooms were very comfortable and the guys loved the outdoor area and the pool table. It was easy to get in touch with Clyde. He was very helpful and polite. « Loved the decor, clealiness of interior and all the rooms were as pictured. The two tvs in the other rooms did not work which was disappointing as lounging in bed was going to be a plus. The carport could have been cleaned off but the host was very attentive in responding and was nice. Was unaware of no cable but WIFI worked well »

« A nice, quiet little get away. Very comfortable and clean. The only thing that put a damper on my stay was a power outage due to a passing storm which is of course outside the host’s control. Loved it! »

« Property is located very conveniently in the middle of town. Very short drives to anywhere needed to go. House was very clean and stocked with necessities. While the surrounding houses are not as updated, the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful at night. Very easy check-in, and great communication from host. »

« I was in Hattiesburg for my two children’s graduation from USM. The house was termite infested. The floor was falling in due to the termites. The backyard was very grown over filled with bugs. The garage door would not open. The house had a terrible smell. I could go on and on. The big disappointment was THE PROPERTY HOST. I was called a liar and constantly harassed by property host and the neighbor Van Lewis! Do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER RENTING THIS HOUSE! »
