The manager of the hotel was very disrespectful and had a bad attitude. Despite arriving on time, the manager told me, âSorry, the hotel is full. We will issue a full refund, and you can book another room for yourself,â without providing any valid reason. I have contacted Expedia multiple times to request my refund, but unfortunately, I have not received it yet. Avoid this hotel at all costsâitâs completely unprofessional, and it feels like a scam.
