« Could we have found THE most perfect place to stay in Highlands?! My husband & I were in town for a wedding & mini vacation. We had the pleasure of staying in the Bartam studio & were so beyond impressed the moment we parked our car out front. We were close to EVERYthing yet our studio was so quiet, peaceful, pristine & stunning! We slept comfortably well every night & felt we had so much room to move around. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else when visiting Highlands. »

« My family of 3 had a wonderful time. The apartment was cute, well appointed and very clean. It is a basement apartment so it’s a little dark but we spent most of our time outside so that wasn’t really an issue for us. Mirror Lake was great for canoeing. The location, on a lake, near Highlands can’t be beat! The owners stayed in the house above us our entire week long stay. They were very quiet and extremely respectful of our space. Definitely would rent again! »

« We had an issue getting into the property due to the code not being changed on the VRBO site. The host was traveling and contact was spotty. Just one of those rare snafus that happens along with torrential rains, after driving hours to get to your destination. The situation was finally remedied and we came into a lovely apartment and the sun actually came out. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip . The town was beautiful and had several very good restaurants. « This was a great last minute place to stay. It is less than a 5 minute walk to everything in downtown highlands. It is technically on top of a gas station but you would never know. Very big space with 2 big rooms and kitchen that are all modern. Would recommend and rebook again if going back to highlands »
